and we're back!

I feel the forward momentum building.. FINALLY... had a few rough weeks but they are behind me now and I am moving forward... I feel good about my exercise plan... moving every day... taking sunday off... I'm getting practice time in and am feeling better about that every day... I even took a peek at the scale this morning and my weight is finally moving DOWN...

So glad to be back in land of positive thinking and forward motion...

Thanks for checking in. Yeah, I haven't looked into the thyroid thing yet, besides buying a book called "living Well with Hypothyroidism" by Mary Sol.. (sorry, can't remember the rest--isn't that a symptom? :) )
But my doctor told me that being overweight in and of itself can be a strain on the thyroid and cause TSH levels to rise. At least that, I know I can so something about.
